Its very good but no ice is better but not as convenient.

Q: Is this product the 'original' * pain relief gel... or is the newer replacement ? *original was pain relief... not just a cool gel.....

Hi just checked the box? It does not mention these medicines . Keep in mind ' this cream is extremely COLD. I only used it once, far to cold for me. You may like it tho. Maureen

Q: Can this be used on tennis elbow?

i use it elbows. hips knees neck. you can use mort parts bodty, not near eyes mouth etc, i use it regular. it wont cure but it helps
