Five stars doesn’t seem enough for this magical little salve. I have an old neck injury from a few years ago that tends to play up when the weather drops and had been using tiger balm occasionally which did help but not quite enough. Somebody recommended I try Deep Heat and my god, it’s been a beautiful relationship ever since. This stuff works better for me than painkillers do. Within a few moments of applying to my neck and shoulders, the pain lifts and all i feel is a lovely warmth. The smell is enough to awaken Tutankhamun himself but I’ll take it for the magic it brings. I did also try this in a spray form for apparent ‘ease’ and pretty much blinded myself with it semi permanently, it is indeed basically mace - so I’ll be sticking to the cream version. But highly, highly recommend.

I picked this up after developing a sore back from walking a dog that pulls constantly on the lead. After a couple of days of using Deep Heat, the difference was very noticeable. It warms up quickly, eases the tightness, and makes the whole area feel much more comfortable. It’s easy to apply, absorbs well, and does exactly what you want it to do. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle cure, but it definitely took the edge off the pain and helped me move more freely again. I’ll be keeping this in the cupboard for future aches and strains

Having had tennis elbow on my left side for about 2 years, I knew as soon as it appeared in my right elbow. I decided I would throw everything at it, including naproxen but I saw a youtube doctor who suggested deep tissue massaging to stimulate blood flow to the affected area. I cannot believe the difference after using this for a week and consistently and painfully massaging my elbow muscles! It's nothing short of miraculous. I have come to hate the smell and think if one carried out an autopsy on me now, I'd be 75% deep heat but to avoid another 2 years of tennis elbow, yes please. As an aside, dogs hate it. If you are trying to repel dogs, make sure you show them your deepheat hand!

I personally did not find this helpful for my painful shoulder. Shall stick with ibuprofen in the future.

Nothing really fixes backache except exercises.it heat rub does a good job on relief for a while.
