Q: Is the case waterproof?

The case is plastic, and thus won’t be ruined by water. But it is not water tight.

Q: Are these cards plastic or plastic wrapped? or it is made of paper like the regular ones? I am looking for cards for which doesn't tamper on the corners after heavy usage.. Thanks,

they are made of 100% plastic. However the printing on the cards is very susceptible to being scratched after a few uses and shuffling. I guess that the plastic is pretty slick and hard to print onto.
