Bluetooth doesn't work!!!!
Soo frustrating.... The bluetooth setting doesn't work, I've tried a factory reset and followed all instructions meticulously and nothing. Sadly, I didnt read the reviews...obviously a common problem with these models. definitely returning.

Nice printer but no included Bluetooth connection
All of the other reviews are correct ... does not connect via bluetooth. Product description states that a dongle is required for wifi but it is not explicitly clear that it is also required for bluetooth. Trying to use this with Quickbooks Go Payment and it will not connect any other way other than bluetooth, which is not possible without the optional wifi/bluetooth dongle. If you can connect via USB or Ethernet, then this will work fine.

Surprise! No Bluetooth, but it’s even better!
The product clearly says that it has Bluetooth. It even has a light for Bluetooth on the front. I watched every tutorial I could and used the QR code that came with the instructions and could not get the Bluetooth to work. So if you’re looking for Bluetooth, this isn’t for you. But!!!! There is a usb port marked iPad 2a on it. Just for out of sheer frustration, I hooked the usb cord for the 9th gen iPad to that port and lo and behold, it showed up as a printer on my POS. It prints super quick. Our system is portable and we have many iPads and printers. It was always a pain to make sure that the printers stayed matched to the iPad. Not a problem any more. And it serves as a power source for the iPad too! So much quicker and reliable than the Bluetooth ones.

No Bluetooth. Do not buy.
No Bluetooth as advertised. I looked everywhere in the option and it never came up as being Bluetooth capable.
