Bought for my granddaughter birthday present and SHE AND THE REST OF HER FAMILY USE IT DAILY

I tried using soft straw cleaning tool to get under the top of the grinder but it doesn’t fit in there. Is there a way or tool you can provide to allow for cleaning this? Otherwise it’ll turn into mold

After seeing this fun little contraption, I got the individual serve machine sent to me. As a chef by trade I didnt want to just cup my freeze dried berries with coconut milk and eat it. So after creating an acai smoothie, I decided to make a nectarine cantaloupe frozay as well. How fun. The drinkpod machine is a quick set up and very easy to use. Great for drink enthusiasts, and kids that love frozen yogurt.

I had frozen strawberries & let sit out 30 mins & vhopped em up put them in & nothing came out. So i let them sit 30 more mins & tries again and only few drops came out! I'm done.

3/22/23 - re: cleaning. Per "Q/A" section, just take the vertical column and turn it firmly clockwise. The parts detach and you can easily separate the front section and clean the grinder. Very important.I like this. It was easy to set up once I looked at the picture and saw that it had to be pushed into place going straight up. I had some bags of frozen fruit from the market and put in about a cupful then turned it on and plunged it.It worked perfectly, looking like a thick ribbon of strawberry sorbet was going into the dessert bowl. It was good without added sugar. On another occasion, I added sugar/honey. I tried it with half and half and also with it frozen. I added tangerine juice plus sugar and also tried it with sugar and Cointreau, depending on the desired calorie/sugar count. The flavor was better than in just eating frozen fruit. It was a satisfying substitute for ice cream with minimal to no fat and a controlled amount of sugar. It looked like a pretty and professional sorbet with basically no work. Good for slushy drinks, too. Nice!

I absolutely loved this device at first! It worked beautifully, and I enjoyed the end result.Fast forward 2 months, and it BROKE! 😭 Something disconnected so the motor still runs, but the blade piece no longer gets turned. I gotta say, I'm pretty upset by this. Very disappointed that it broke after only 2 months' use.
