Is the black colouring of the pen the only thing that makes it a 'pro viersion'?

As far as I can tell, the black casing of the pen is the only difference.

How are these different from the regular blue and white pens?

There is no difference other than the fact that the pen casing itself is black - as one can see in the picture. The inner workings and inks etc. are just the same as the regular blue and white pen.
