My daughter suffers from keratosis pilaris, and it’s really affected her confidence. She would wear long sleeves and pants—even in the middle of summer—just to hide her skin. We’ve tried so many products over the years with little to no results.This is the first item that has truly made a difference. Within just a few days of use, we noticed a visible improvement, and more importantly, it gave her the confidence to wear tank tops and shorts again. I rarely take the time to write a review, but my gosh, this stuff actually worked in two days! I used it once last night, once this morning, and once this evening and then looked in the mirror and the two bizarre looking Closed Comedones on the bridge of my nose were gone! One of those things was there for months and I just thought I was stuck with it. Seriously this stuff worked incredibly well and way faster than I would’ve ever dreamt possible.

The liquid is very thick. As a cleanser, it works fine, but I don’t use it every day because it feels a bit strong. Every other day works better for me

I do not use this for face or acne related issues instead it is used for my “strawberry” legs (KP). I am very pleased with how this product seems to reduce bumpy skin on legs.

My first time using a facial cleanser with salicylic acid. I wanted to give it a try for my nose only. Just amazing and not drying or irritating to my skin at all. Price point was also amazing for the bottle size. If this is a product you use or need then give this one a try as results for me are so far so good.

The pump is terrible and requires so much force to operate that my wife can't manage it.

I started purchasing this as a more budget friendly version over the CeraVe brand and I personally believe it works better. My husband deals with terrible back acne and this has worked better than any other acne treatment we have used. I also use this product on my face and it works really well without drying out my skin.
