Based on feedback from customers, we have re-upgraded the band resized tool. If the tool that comes with the watch is not easy to use, please contact our team first, and we can send you the upgraded tool (which makes it easier to resize the band).

It's not difficult, it can be resized with the matching tool by following the steps in the video above.

If the tool is missing, you can look for us and we will arrange for a replacement.

Each set of tools comes with two replaceable needles, which you can unscrew and replace. Also, you can use pliers to straighten the needle. Of course, you can also contact our team to send you another set of tools.

During the process of adjusting the watchband size, make sure to resize the band in the direction indicated by the arrow. Also, band and the tool are on the same horizontal plane. This way, the force is applied correctly and the process is easier.

Very nice watch

Like the 'look' of it..but..need my glasses to see the time as numbers some are just 'dots'thats o.k if your eyesight is perfect!!! + strap is to tight if link is removed,to loose if put back in...so do try before you buy,,in case you need to return.

Hour hand was not accurate when bought

Hour hand was little pressed down which was colliding when number 9 and was taken to jewellery store to get it fix for a £10 overall watch is beautiful

Absolutely beautiful!!

It has a larger than I expected face and that has been a good thing as it is easier to see. Love this so much that I decided to order this before I got a new battery for my old watch. I'll still get a new battery, I do still like my old one, but how fun to have this one to wear too. The price is resonable and the quality is evident.

Beautiful watch

This watch is absolutely stunning! I love it, however the band adjustment they sent with it does not work and I warn you please do not use it or you’ll damage/break the watch, I used it and couldn’t get the stilt that it pushed halfway out to come through, so I stopped and took it to a jewelry shop and they were able to successfully fix and fit the watch to my wrist perfectly for $20. For the price of $60 I believe the watch should come with a warranty already and also please do not include an adjustment in the box if you know it will not work. I gave this review 5 stars as the watch is beautiful but I give it 3 stars for lack of quality on the adjustment and no warranty. I’m unsure if it’s water resistance as I do not want to try to experiment with that. Time retention is off a bit, and readability is clear but due to the retention you can’t tell if it’s 11:30 or 12:30. It’s made in China so I guess although the watch is beautiful corners were cut. Value of money judging it should be less. Water resistance I wouldn’t try.
