Absolutely the Best! Look no further.
This is hands down The Best hydration supplement I've ever used. First of all, I have a poor genetic disposition that causes dehydration, and I'm also an extremely active person, I mountain bike regularly and do construction. This is the Only supplement that can keep up with me. You name it, I've tried it.. all the the top name brands and they don't even come close BodyHealth. This supplement has allowed me to push harder and get stronger! It's been ages since I've exhausted my legs Before they would cramp. Plus this stuff is local for me and I want to support local folks.Look no further, this is the most effective supplement besides getting a hydration IV, which I haven't had to do in months!!!

Overly Sweetened but Otherwise Good
Overly sweetened and did not mix easily. Flavor was good aside from how sweet it was. We do like the product and will likely buy again.

Artificial sweetener tastes awful!!!!!
If you love the taste of artificial seeetners then you will love this stuff. It doesn’t mix well in liquids and tastes so strong of artificial sweetener that even when put into 8 ounces of juice you have to painfully drink it down because it tastes so awful

Love the ingredients. Did not love the taste. The strawberry tasted and smelled like tomatoes maybe? I mix this with a sugar free fruit juice to get it down. I thought maybe I would get used to it but unfortunately not. Because I do love what's in it I'm sorely tempted to try another flavor but at this price point it's not worth the risk. The powder doesn't dissolve easily but this is not a big deal to me and if it sits for a minute or two it will dissolve. Rework the flavor profile and maybe adjust the price a bit and I would be a loyal customer.
