The test was easy to use, simple to follow instructional video. You have to fast before the blood draw, but I just did mine in the morning before breakfast. It's important to drink a glass of water before your test.The blood draw is just a finger prick, which was super easy. Not scary at all.You put like three drips of blood on the card and that's it!Seal it up and put it in the mailbox. It comes with a preaddressed envelope.The lab turn around time was about 9 days, then they sent my results securely to me via a password protected link.I'm very impressed and I'll definitely use this company again.

It was an easy to use kit with plenty of instructions. I did have a bit of an issue getting enough blood (but my blood flow was lacking that morning, it seemed) and had to use both lancets on different fingers but ended up getting it. The shipping didn't take too long and the results didn't either. Aiden called to follow up after to see if I had any issues or questions and offered resources for more insight. I will consider this kit again when/if I test again in the future.

I was curious to see my results without the doctor, easy to use, great quality, and quick results. The only thing I didn't like is the call I got from the company after. Instead of talking about my results he wanted to talk about how easy it was to use.

I definetely did not expect the results i recieved but quite the opposite! this will very much help me on my journey to health. as a young woman my progesterone AND estradiol being low along with my lutenizing hormone was a shock. I guess this is the reason we should not self diagnose because i thought i was dealing with estrogen dominance😂 my thyroid being highly elevated i also did not expect. now im just wondering if i should go see a doctor, im outta wack! very glad i took this test, i had persistent symptoms and i knew something was up. i would recommend to any woman looking for answers fast and efficiently.

The kit was easy to use but my kit was received back 9 days ago and still no results. When I asked about it 2 days ago they told meI would have results by this morning and still nothing.

Had the test taken within 20 minutes of a real lab test. Results were of a different order of magnitude compared to the other CLIA certified lab that took the serum samples the SAME exact way withing the same hour!!I am sorry I paid this much money on a false result.

Very simple process. Instructions were very easy to follow and the finger prick was simple. I sent it t and gf right away and had the results in less than a week.Results are easy to read and interpret.
