The picture quality wasn’t very good so I returned it without checking all the specs. Perhaps it wasn’t compatible with my Nvidia graphic card.

Can you adjust the height on this monitor? I need it to be no more than 16.5" high.

The stand provided with this screen does not offer adjustable height. However, you can buy a monitor arm/mount separately for extra flexibility and hight adjustment. The hight of the screen, on desk, measures 18" from the surface of the desk to the top of the screen
