Good warning for basement
Oh how I dread when this goes off.I have it at the low point of my basement, and in heavy rain the basement sometimes floods. This reminds me to go down and bring up the perishables before they get wet.So far it's never failed. And had saved me £100s

Great water detector
It needs the tapo hub (I have the H200). It has metal pins on the underside and the top (which is slightly concave to trap dripping water). It emits a very loud alarm (which can be disabled) and instant notifications via your tapo app. The AA batteries sit in a water-proof compartment on the base. Send notification when water connects the pins and sends a clear notification once water has gone.
