Bought this as I have EDS and dislocate everywhere, often suffer with lower back pain and hips sublux so needed some form of support. I saw this and decided to try it out. The actual support feels very good quality material with a good stretch on the elastic without being too stiff. I have a round stomach with bit of an overhang after pregnancy and 17 stone weight loss so not a slim figure (average 14-16) and this doesn’t roll down or move around like a lot of others I have tried.This fits lovely and when you do the secondary tightening the support given is something else you literally breathe a sign of relief once it has been tightened on the second set it’s strange like there are people all round you holding your waist up it’s hard to describe but something else to experience. I’d highly recommend this to anyone with lower back or hip pain. I’ve even wore these over jeans and it still provides great support and is flexibleI was that impressed with this item I also checked out the brands other items and bought some other supports which are also great quality

Great supportive belt and easy to fit and tighten also looks very stylish...and most of all gave me support when walking the dog

This fits well, doesn’t ride up. Easy to use with clear instructions, lightweight for summer months but has the strength and comfort of a heavier belt too, fits nicely and helps with pain when walking, Velcro stays where you fix it to, great belt

it supports just as needed whether under belly or over it... super adjustable and holds up as expected. it helps a lot with my pain whether i am walking, working or during workouts.

I find this ok when wearing it, it helps, by not feeling the pain for a couple of hours. But I only gave 3 stars due to when I took it off it made the pain worse compared to before wearing it. It may work better for some and others it may not. Sorry

This belt helps me everyday, its very easy to se and to adjust to your size but make sure you measure your hips correctly before ordering, its small and very effective for my back osin. Great quality and it’s surprisingly comfortable to wear

UPDATE, (Since writing this review, the company have reached out to me, and they have been brilliant, understanding and its been resolved completely now) . I have had this a few weeks now.. it takes a while to get used to it and position it in the right place. For an older lady with a bit of a tummy, it's sometimes tricky. But after a while it does actually lessen the pain in my hips and keeps them supported and I wear it for the gym and work.. but have started to notice that a little bit of stitching is starting to come undone and the velcro main bit at the front is becoming not so secure and sometimes pops open, I have cleaned it, but it still happens.. so I just need to be more aware of this when in the gym.

I've been using this around my waist and also my back for the extra support due to a hip sprain. Has helped me continue to work
