These will really quick on pain

WOW! I am THRILLED with this purchase!I shattered a bone in my heel and could not stand or put any pressure on it at all. I needed to be able to teach my elementary school class, which requires being on my feet all day long, and nothing was helping me until I tried this wrap. It was a LIFE SAVER! I wrapped my foot before work and put on my regular shoes... I was AMAZED how cold the wrap got and the pain relief was so good I was able to teach on my feet all day long! Another perk was, at the end of the day, I just rolled the wrap up and put it back in the bag it came in with a little water and the next day it worked as if it was brand new! I actually did that every night and used it all week!! Each day it was cold and successful- no way I could have moved around the way I did with ice on my foot.Fast forward a few months... I wore the wraps on both feet when I was pregnant for my swollen ankles/feet. Again, LIFE SAVING! I even wore them to sleep to help with swelling and the throbbing pain. I couldn't sleep through the night without them!I found another reason to use them last week...after a night of high heel wearing haha! Who would have thought?!It's safe to say I use Instant Ice Wrap for every pain/swelling I have! I am buying several more to keep in the house just in case!

These wraps are Soothing Cool but the Cool only lasts about 30minutes but it did bring some Temporary relief for an Ankle Sprain. The moisture makes it Soothing and I added some essential oils for an extra tweak! You can reuse these and that’s nice, roll it up put back in the pouch, add alittle Water and some essential oils then put in the fridge to get cold although the fridge is not really necessary, it will cool in the pouch on its own according to the instructions! Overall, I Like This Product and only wish it would stay cool Longer!

Someone mentioned the smell. It just smells like menthol. I didn't mind it. It really does work. I've used one about 4x now. I just add a little water and reseal it. I only use about 15 to 20 minutes at a time. It does wonders for my elbow pain. I've also used it around my ankles. It is nice and cold, and actually stays that way the entire time. Even here in a hot tropical climate.I do imagine that someone with skin allergies may not like it too much. I love these wraps!

I am one of those people who are allergic to products like Icy Hot and Ben Gay, so I bought this in the hopes that I would be able to use it as I didn't see any type of ingredient list, so I THOUGHT there wasn't any of the allergens in it that would effect me. To my surprise, when I open the package, it smelled like menthol. I was a little leery to use it. I used it today and it set the body part I used it on (my foot) on FIRE. I didn't even have it on for an hour, the time limit is 2 hours.I would suggest the company disclose any type of allergens that are in the product. I looked over the website and everything and it wasn't listed anywhere.

It gets ice cold without all the bulk or headache of trying to tie a bag of ice or ice pack on, especially for something like a knee when you need to walk. While an ice pack will slip, the Instant Ice Wrap will stay nicely in place, keeping the cold where you want it.When you are done with it, just wrap it back up, put it back in the package, add a little water, close it up, and put it away until you need it again. I have one in my desk at work, one in each car, and more in the house.In addition to using as an ice pack, it also works well over a layer of fabric to cool, like if you are stuck outside on a really hot day. Adjust the under layer to regulate - if you use it like that, you may need more or less insulation for comfort.I have not gotten to test many reuses yet, but so far I have not noticed a difference in how cold it gets on reuse.
