Definitely a great purchase:I bought this chair to be a multi-use salon chair, I was very specific in looking for a chair because I need it for makeup artistry and for brows. I had a really hard time finding a chair that sits up 90° and also sits back 160°. It was important that I had both options because when doing makeup I prefer for clients to sit straight up and down, and for brows I prefer for them to lay back almost all the way. I also prefer for clients to be eye level with me when I'm doing their makeup and I wanted to find a chair that raised up hydraulically high enough for me to do so. This sits almost as high as my director's chair. The director chair I have from seat to floor is 30" and this chair is 28" I believe. It works perfectly!The shipping was a little bit slow since it arrived in two separate packages, I think it took a total of about a week and a half. The chair is very heavy so I did need my husband to help me load it into the salon, but that also means it's very sturdy. I did test the weight limit, I had my husband sit in it who weighs 380 lb and it reacted perfectly.It's very comfortable and feels very luxurious. I love the cushions and the foot rest. It also doesn't feel unstable when it's at it's highest setting.Minor complaints:My only complaints are it's a little bit of a darker gray than I envisioned based on the pictures, but it's still very neutral and goes with anything that you have in your salon.Directions were a little bit difficult to understand, and there is a couple of things that were left out of the instructions that were necessary.There is also a small tear at the bottom of the seats, but it's underneath of the chair so it doesn't bother me however I'm assuming it happened and shipping. Because there is metal just behind the piece of leather that I'm assuming poked through. Personally this is not a big deal, but I do think it would be important to know.Overall, this is a great purchase!I do think this chair is working perfectly for what I need it for, the price was very reasonable, it's a very comfortable chair and certainly looks more luxurious than a typical salon chair which is what I was going for. Communication with the seller was very easy and quick, and while the tracking was a little bit delayed it all arrived perfectly and within a reasonable time. I had to sign for both packages which made me feel more secure about the whole purchase as well. Highly recommend!

If I could give 1 star ⭐️ for the vender I would. It came in two boxes, which was not explained in any time. The first box arrived and I was about to build it and was missing half of the chair, the base and other big pieces. They should have explained that. The second box came a week later. Vendor was vague when I first communicated with him. Glad it was all the pieces here, I was able to build it, super easy to build. If was missing parts I think it would be very hard for communication and return because it is heavy. Product quality!!!! Love it!!! I can do hair, teeth whitening and facials in one chair. It recline completely. Rollability:It is a little hard to rotate

The media could not be loaded. When I received the chair I was very excited. I couldn’t wait to put it all together. I received the first box on friday but didn’t receive the second box until Monday. It took me two days to complete it because there were parts that the tools that came with that didn’t fit. So I had to manage with what I had. Once put together, i notice that there are punctured holes in the side of the arm and the leg part of the chair. I was a little disappointed, considering that the chair looked really nice and felt comfortable. But the way it was packaged, bulging out the box, it probably was mishandled. Overall, the chair is comfortable and client approved. Thank you.

I just bought this chair to start my PMU & brow business from home. I was looking for something smaller scale than a traditional beauty bed. I have to say that it’s a great chair and even the quality is pretty good. The recline on the chair is perfect for what I need and a very comfortable chair at that. It is a bit heavy to carry alone, you will need help to move it around if needed. Keep in mind that you want to keep this chair in one location and not have to move it around because alone it is heavy. Building the chair was easy for me and did not come across any issues. I did need help putting the heavier pieces together to screw certain areas in. There is one piece that came with the chair that was not properly made as the holes to screw on the chair were not aligned. I ended up not installing it and the chair is perfectly fine. I’ll give you guys an update once I begin to use it everyday.

I bought this chair & a extended warranty. The chair did not work out because there was a part missing in the hydraulics & it was bigger than expected. I returned the chair exactly how i was instructed to. After the manufacturer received the chair, they only gave me a partial refund of $176. The refund should have been aprox., $375 after many attempts to contact the company There still has been no resolution on the rest of the refund, even with the help of Amazon. The company responded to an email saying they charge the customer a $90 restocking fee and said that they only received part of The Chair so that’s why they only issued a partial refund. EVERYTHING was returned to the manufacturer.I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Bad experience & hard to communicate with. Thats what i get for buying something from China i guess.

The media could not be loaded. Shipping was extremely fast and the chair arrived much sooner than expected which was to be appreciated. However when I opened the box there were some pieces with damage to them. I contacted the seller, who replied very quickly, I sent them the pictures of the damaged pieces in which they responded by quickly shipping out replacements. Overall I appreciate the customer service and am thrilled with my purchase!I use this chair for brow and lash services and what sold me was the deep recline compared to other barber chairs. I am extremely pleased that it is also extremely comfortable; My clients are wow'd by it!

Great chair! Soft and comfortable, yet firm and durable. Reclines back far and safely.
