I bought this laptop for writing and for use with a digital tabletop (coffee table with a tv built into it.I am super pleased with this purchase. I have bought similar laptops in the last year and had issues out of the box that ultimately lead me to returning the product. This one is a keeper. Not one issue with it to report out.The mouse pad is actually decent. I have owned a few mobile devices with mouse pads and feel this one has been the best by quite a bit.I haven't really tested the sound off of it but would always suggest external systems (speakers or headset) for the best quality of sound.This device has stayed at a reasonable temperature without the need for a cooling pad.The screen has a very reasonable quality. You get exactly what you are paying for.If I had a complaint it would be more with Microsoft making their software behind a pay wall.

i bought it as a gift and when i saw how good it is i bought it also from me. we talk about real value for money. the build quality amazing, the heat zero...functionality amazing and the cost for what you buy is nothing. this is a must have laptop

Solid "1080p" game player(1920x1200 in reality). Took if immediately from 16gb(2x8) to 32gb(2x16), and added an additional 1tb nvme for a total of 2tb. 165hz screen, solid keyboard, Nvidia rtx 4060, Ryzen 7 8845hs CPU.One downside is the fans can be quite noticable when playing demanding games. There's a quiet option for the fans, but then it'll run hot. Would be nice if the keyboard was RGB over the adjustable brightness orange color. It's also a bit heavy, but light enough to still be a laptop.For the $830 price point I got it at during prime days is totally worth it.

This pc had good specs especially for the price I paid for it at the time, but one thing I would say is it is unusable on almost any semi-modern game with 8 GB of ram which makes it very easy to add another 8GB stick and I think only had a cost of about $20. Just make sure you order that along with the laptop if you are purchasing the same model I did and that you get the correct model as laptop RAM is less universal than desktop RAM from what I have seen

Display quality poor. Excessive backlight bleeding and battery life is very poor.

The media could not be loaded. Not the biggest fan of laptops, but with this being my second one, it's impressive for what I use it for (writing and gaming). Battery life is optimal, and of course it depends on what you are doing, but it is decent compared to my old laptop. It does have some weight to it, but nothing I can't handle even while traveling with it. Starts up quickly and I like the way the keys light up when typing.Gaming- It handles my games just fine (Farmville2, SimCity4, Sims4), which, in my opinion, are very graphic intensive games. If you use the keyboard for your games (wasd), they are made to stand out among the other keys, which is nice.It does catch dust and finger prints easily BUT Wipes down nicely to dust and clean. Mi buena opción calidad precio, cumple con todo lo único que haré será subirle la ram a 32 GB, lo demás no encontrarán otra laptop con estos componentes a ese precio. La única contra son los materiales de construcción obviamente todo plástico pero por los componentes que lleva (ram 5600 mghz, nvidia 4060, 1tb de almacenamiento, ryzen 8000)obviamente en algo tenían que recortar.

It randomly shuts off during game play without so much as a blue screen, and there's no discernable pattern as to when it does this. Sometimes, I play a game for over an hour on medium graphics settings just fine, other times, I have the graphics set on low and it can't play for 5 minutes without shutting down, restarting, return to gameplay, shutting down, restarting, I can't make progress with that routine. There's much about the device which is nice, but .... that's just not workable. I don't see a solution to random restarts without a crash report or blue screen to say why it's doing that.
