I was genuinely looking forward to receiving this iron and was excited to try it out upon arrival. However, there were a few aspects that did not meet my expectations.Firstly, the product images were somewhat misleading, as they suggested that the power cord could be wrapped around the iron’s base for storage, which is not actually possible. This may be a minor issue for some, but it affects the overall convenience and storage of the device.The iron itself is lightweight, which can be beneficial for ease of handling, but in this case, it also gave the product a somewhat flimsy feel that raised concerns about durability.In terms of performance, the continuous steam function worked effectively and provided consistent output. However, I encountered an issue when using the steam burst feature, instead of delivering a concentrated shot of steam, the iron released a noticeable amount of water, which compromised its intended functionality.Additionally, I observed that condensation from the steam tended to collect around the buttons located on the back of the iron. This raised some safety concerns, as moisture in that area may pose a risk during use.While the iron has some strengths, particularly in its continuous steam capability, I believe there are areas where the design and functionality could be improved to enhance both safety and user experience.

This steam iron has been a great addition to my home. It heats up quickly, glides smoothly over all types of fabric, and the steam function works wonders on tough wrinkles. The water tank is easy to fill, and it feels solid and well-made. Ironing isn’t exactly fun—but this iron definitely makes it faster and easier. Highly recommend!

This is the worst iron I have ever purchased.The steam function is extremely inefficient. For the majority of the time it does not pump any water only makes a chugging sound. Linen clothes have numerous creases even after ironing. Unfortunately I did not use the iron before the return window, otherwise I would have returned it immediately. I am sure there are much cheaper and more efficient alternatives available.

Not good to hold the cord rubs against your wrist making it uncomfortable must be a design fault I’ve always used Tefal and this is very different from previous steam generators

Really nice to use.. as much as anyone can enjoy having to iron that is 🤣Easy to use, has ample settings for different materials, water tank is a good size, and it’s a good powerful little steam iron. Really makes ironing that little bit easier, knocks creases out no bother it’s not too heavy. Heats up pretty quickly and all in all worth every penny!

Great value for money iron. Love everything about it except for one thing. The steam pipe does stick up and catch your wrist. Think I can cope with that as for me everything else is perfect. Not too heavy, large water tank, strong steam jet, easily fits in a cupboard, heats up quickly.

Reasonable price. Prompt delivery. Water tank unwieldy and fixed to the iron and base; so not easy to use. Having to fill with water whilst still attached to the electrics can result in water getting into the system. The cable storage is clumsy and insufficient to accept the cabling. Functionally works well enough, but wouldn't buy this model again. The Tefal steamer that this replaces was the opposite until it melted down: should have bought the same model.
