Amazon is getting WAY TOO FAST! They are delivering items within 1-2 days of ordering! I feel pleasantly surprised whenever this happens, flipkart could never deliver to my location faster than 4 days.The product is good, the cable feels solid but it's too long, around 1 mt long. The usb hub is compact and high quality, the usb ports are tight and there's no chance of loose connection. The usb pins stay firmly inside the port. I know the usb ports are too close, but that's just like any other laptop. I don't have any problem due to it. I put my usb data card on the top port, and other usb items fit well in the three adjacent ports.BTW I don't know why there are usb hubs priced Rs. 1000 and above! Those expensive hubs are just for fooling the customers, you can easily buy a decent usb hub around Rs.500 (like this iBall one).I had bought a terabyte 7 port usb hub last month from amazon, but that was crap, didn't work at all. After that I decided to buy a better brand, hence ended up buying this iball one. I am glad my decision turned out right this time!

Pros1. Good Quality Plastic2. Nice Design3. Cable is long, about a meter.4. Works really well with 2 devices like a mouse and a keyboard. Have been using for 3 + years without issues.5. Finishing is good and it looks niceCons1. Does not work with the 3 device, the port on the PC is not able to provide a lot of power so if i plug in a usb stick it will work, but crash at times.2. When using with an external hard drive that will draw power from it, than u can only plug one more device on it and sometimes even with just hte external drive plugged in with one device there are issues. So cannot make use of all 4 ports. However, this is a limitation of the motherboard and not the device itself.In case you need to use 4 devices on it than you need to look for some self powered one, that will give its own power to the devices and not draw power from the motherboard of the PC.Having tried other brands, i have found it to be the most reliable and excellent for using 2 devices at a time.

Pros:* The product specifications are just like how it is mentioned in the product page. The cord is long enough. I connected 2 external hard disks, one keyboard and the nano receiver of wireless mouse in the 4 available usb ports. Everything worked seamlessly. I haven't really tested the transfer speeds of individual devices connected, but simple file transfers using dd(1) on linux was pretty fast.* There is a very small socket for external power for devices that need extra power. Haven't tested this feature, so can't comment on that.Cons:* One minor thing woth noting is the connectors not going in fully in the slots. I have tried to highlight the same in the pictures too. This is not an issue, but gives the feeling of connectors not inserted properly. This is true even for the cable that came with the device.* An led to indicate the device connected would have been nice to have.* Also, the input connector and an output connector on the sides of the device is not a very intuitive design. Would have been good to have the input connector on one side (preferably back side) and then the output connectors on front and sides.

Product is good this was our 4th order for the same item. but this time we received used and OLD product, may be seller sent used old product or used, its stop working and sometime its detact pend drive but overall not working and old item.

Bought from Amazon as price was good. For price point product is really good. Speeds are good. It's 4 port product not 5 port. 1 port is used to connect to PC. All 4 ports are USB 3.0.Used it with my USB type c phone, my portable hard drive and pendrive both USB 2.0 and 3.0 all worked smoothly and properly. Cord length is adequate not long but not short also. Could have been little longer. Also it's iBall product hence its quality product. Don't know the durability as felt bit less sturdy. But not gonna use that harshly so no worries. Your mileage might vary. Overall value for money product.

Bad product

So the item is exactly the same what is shown on website, working fine and also all the ports of the connector are working fine.Issue : When you switch the laptop off and next time when you start it. You have to atleast change the port of one USB then only all the ports or this connector starts working. So it's a sort of daily exercise.But not a big deal. You can do it as it's not at all a difficult job.GO FOR IT.

Very good product. I previously had a cheap USB hub which got damaged within one year. But this one is very good. 4 ports all working fine. The cord is very lengthy. Data transfer rate is very high. I get 12-15 Mbps for a USB 3.0 device (HD or Pendrive) and 7-8 Mbps for USB 2.0. I can connect wireless mouse transceiver, keyboard, USB light and USB fan to it. Can connect 4 pendrives at the same time and all works smoothly.Worth buying, Amazon delivery and packaging was v good. Always prefer amazon fulfilled logo items.
