The mouse is quite sturdy and is awesome in the hand. Has improved DPI and sensitivity, which makes my work easier. The shortcut buttons are too useful as they can be customised for different needs and different situations. Connects easily via Bluetooth and is fast.

Slight tick noise while using the buttons, which is okay for me but may be annoying to some.I was aware of this of this small noise before I purchased as I have same item before which my son is using.Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.Delivery time was super quick, arrived on same day within few hours.

Dell wirelrsd mouse: Defective product. Purchased on 14th Apr 25 and last date to return is 25th. I took the product to the computers dealer and after checking he also said the product is defective. I am trying to return but Amazon is not cooperating and not accepting the return. I am being asked to contact the manufacturer and visit their service centre. I am 72 years old and totally depend on Uber for commutation. Why should I take the trouble travelling under hot Sun and waste my money?

Completely dead , not working product was delivered and it looks like already used product as scratches are seen in the product. Now I am stuck with this junk product as Amazon is not taking Returns and I have only option to visit the Service centre with additional expenses. This is horrible experience. First dead product is delivered and no help.

Mouse red on-light wasn’t working. Dell service center chandigarh replaced the mouse. Very helpful people. But again the new piece also had similar issue. So I will be using this. Second time purchase of this same model. Last one lasted 4 years with mid level usage. Good mouse but disappointing purchase experience this time.

I am happy with my purchase. the only concern is the light that appeared when the mouse was turned on. The light is missing, which does not allow to know whether the mouse is on or off. Overall it is handy, light weight and very much usable on all surfaces.
