Yes, I believe it will. I must tell you though, this product does NOT hold up under extreme heat. Also, as far as I know epipens are NOT refrigerated! Don't know if I helped. I would NOT purchase this product again.

the individual one is too small - go with the double one. these are great i travel all over the usa with mine. i carry my diabetic pens in mine
