Worked only for 2-3 dyas. Since then no internet connection. No support form Amazon as well. Same sim gives internet connection when inserted in the phone, but not in this device.

I was apprehensive about buying this dongle initially after checking the reviews. Please note I've had this since Feb 6th. My broadband was/is having issues and I needed a solution. So I went and got a data card from Airtel and placed an order for this dongle. I received the product in time. Good packaging.Now, I was ready to use it. I turned it on. All the indicators came on but, no internet! So I figured the sim was not inserted right and got some help at home. Still did not work. I got frustrated. I went to the airtel store to check. Turns out, I had to use the adaptor that came with the dongle and I had the sim upside down!. The numbers have to come on top. Such a simple issue but it created problems. Once I fixed that, it works like a breeze I'll try to post a follow-up after a month or two. For now, it works well.Pros- easy to setup, light weightCons- None yet

most useless product ever bought. Please Don't buy it. The product doesn't work properly on top of that their support team is very poor you wont able to claim warranty as shown. When ticket is raised through mail, they automatically close the ticket by saying issue is resolved successfully. Very poor product and very poor service.

Does the work.It would be great if they made for 5G speed. Cureently ofly support for 4G speed.

It destroyed battery health of my two laptops.They do not provide charging adapter , only USB charging cable.So I used to charge the device by plugging cable into laptop USB port.Over period , I noticed that when I am charging wifi device through laptop, laptop battery is draining very fast. Like it was 50% 15 min ago and then there would be sudden indication that battery is less than 7% , and before I could get and plug in laptop for charging, laptop will shut down.I noticed that this doesn’t happen when I am charging my mobile through laptop USB port.And now that this same thing is happening with my new laptop, I am concluding that the problem is with the wifi device.

I need to return this one because this one not in working condition

Battery drains up so fast. It lasts only 3 hrs. Device heats up.No internet when I put Jio sim.But Airtel sim works fine. Fast internet.

Battery quality is too poor.
