I bought this just in time. Dog vomited on the brand new carpet this morning. I didn’t even rush to clean it up so followed the set up instructions and the vomit has gone without it leaving a mark. Shut the door whilst the carpet dries, it’s not soaking only damp to touch. Yet to try it on older marks

I was deliberating over which of these devices to purchase. I have a very light sofa, rug and carpet and have been worried about spills and stains so I thought one of these machines would be great to have... especially with a cat. I live in an apartment with little storage, so didn't want something too big and bulky. It concerned me that the wattage of this one was over half that of the helmet looking version, but then I read that it was incredibly noisy, which I'm sure my neighbours wouldn't appreciate! So I decided to give this one a bash...and so far, I'm impressed.I decided to test it out on my dressing table stool, and whilst it does require a bit of elbow grease, and a few goes going over, it really does work, and gets quite addictive, even with your arm aching! I only intended to do the lid but then kept finding more stains and marks over it so ended up doing the whole thing, and now it looks pretty much 'like new'.Happy with my choice and it has a 3 year guarantee.For note I also purchased the larger attachment which is what is seen in the picture. A little annoying that there isn't an additional holder on the device for both. The American version has a holder for 2, us Brits only get the one.Update: As predicted, the cat picked the best place to throw up his morning meal...on the cream rug and foot stool. Thankfully I had this on hand and as you can see from the photos...it's worked a treat!Further update: Have also now cleaned my mattress with this machine and it has come up looking near new again. All those horrid orange marks gone! I continue to be amazed by this machine.Very glad I purchased!

It’s really effective at cleaning but I’m not sure why it’s called heat pro given there’s no heat involved in any part of the cleaning process. I sprayed the water at various intervals to check and it was definitely not warm. Otherwise it’s a great wee cleaner for small areas and inside the car.

I brought this spot cleaner mainly for deep cleaning the upholstry on my car. It does a great job of freshening up the car but also works really well on spills and stains inside the house too.The cleaner is really easy to set up and no tools are required to fit the pieces into place. I would estimate unboxing and set up took less than 10 minutes in total. The cleaner is easy to move around and feels pretty sturdy quality.I have used the cleaner a few times now and I am quite impressed with the results. It is really satisfying seeing how much grime has been removed. The tanks are easy to revove, fill and empty and the hose and power cord wrap away nicely.On the whole I would be happy to recommend this product for car cleaning and small areas. If you want to do whole rooms I would recommend looking at an alternative.

I find spot cleaners like this to be a STAPLE if you have children or pets. We bought one in 2021 and have used it a handful of times for spills, accidents, etc. Sadly, the hose broke and is no longer fully connected to the part you use to scrub the carpet (the head). Because it is out of warranty, we were passed along a number to reach out to to have it repaired. The repair basically costs the exact same as buying one new (and that's without the cost of spare parts, and the £20 shipping EACH WAY to send it out to them). As an eco-minded person, I really would have preferred to just have it repaired. I'm very disappointed that Bissell can't do more for us. We are going to try and duct tape it to see if we can give it a longer lease on life. It's a shame, really, that companies don't do more to keep their products out of landfill.That being said, when it works, it's great.
