The best alternative to drilling through the tile these are fabulous, strong, and do the job. So easy to apply just amazing!!!

The size (length) is perfect for easy holding. The suction cups are very strong and do not seem to lose their grip when wet. They do require a lot of strength to adhere to the shower tile. Put one in the shower and one near the toilet and they work well. Had to move the one near the toilet slightly and needed a butter knife to break the suction

As a traveling disabled vet, I find too many showers without adequate safety rails, but most are tile or laminate: smooth surfaces suitable to strong adhesion by suction. These safety bars apply and remove easily and provide balance points and even substantial lift points. I find the extra money for 16-inch bars worth, but 12-inch perform largely the same and are inexpensive enough to leave and not repack. Ship them to your host or hotel leave them and forget them.

They certainly stay in place when you put them on a fiberglass. Shower, it's hard to even get them off. And it makes getting in and out of the shower. A lot more easy to handle because you're very certain that the handicap bar is going to hold your weight and be able to get in easily

These shower grabs were replacements for another type, one of which had broken after 5 years use. They used to detach about once a week. These Leverloc grab bars are far more powerful and give me much greater confidence that they will last for a very long time.

Installed one in my shower stall. I love it. No more worrying about slipping when my eyes are closed as I shampoo my hair. It was easy to install & has remained fastened for many months. Great safety device.

When I tested this product, it instantly attached and I could not remove or reposition. It adheres not due to suction but adhesive. The locking levers were open. The suction didn’t appear to add much to the strength of adhesion. I tested it on unprepared 4x4 ceramic tile. One pad slightly overlapped a grout line, and I could not reposition it or remove it. I needed tools to pry it free. Over time, I think it would be permanent. I returned the items. For those concerned it won’t stick, that’s not the issue. If like me, you need to know you can reposition or remove, I would look elsewhere. This is probably best for large undecorated ceramic tiles. I would be concerned about removal from some surfaces. Overall quality was not the issue, it’s well made. I think it’s misleading to say it attaches using only suction.

Put these in the shoerand they hold amazingly well and easy to hold on to.
