Not a good experience
You may have a better experience than I have had.I purchased the EZVIZ chime unit to compliment the EZVIZ Pro video door bell unit.I spent over a month trying to get the door bell unit to work with no luck.During this time I was in contact with EZVIZ technical and my broadband provider, I followed all requests from EZVIZ technical, even had my broadband provider split my service to two channels (2.4G and 5G) and still the door bell did not work.So in conclusion I never even got to the stage of using the chime.Both door bell and chime are sitting in the cupboard total waste of money.

Not has good has a ring doorbell!
I had a ring door bell and thought this would be better, I have now switched back to my ring bell.It’s not easy to use like the ring bellAnd keeps logging out from WiFi.
