I started with the bubble gum and then wind up ordering the other two. These work fantastic. The craving when it does hit I just put one of these in my mouth and chew chew and chew. It has helped me tremendously. I am so glad I quit vaping and I have these. 11 days, we shall see😜

This was great for me and helps with oral fixation and fidgeting. I chew it a lot so that my mouth has something to do. This helps me avoid food cravings as sometimes I don't need to eat but just to chew something. There is a mint taste when sucking air through the hole, it is cooling and fresh. Even though I have chewed it a lot, everything stays intact, so it seems like it will last for a very long time and cost effective because of this.After chewing a while, it can get tiring in terms of the feeling, it can create a gag reflex since chewing something plasticy just doesn't feel agreeable after a long time.

I am using this to help quit smoking and so far it is helping. It does give something to do with your hands and mouth and the option to inhale also. The size and handling is reminiscent of a cigarette.The bottom half has a texture which also indicates where it can be chewed. There is a mint stick in the middle that gives a nice light mint taste when inhaling. The tube opens to allow the mint stick to be inserted. You don't want to chew the mint stick even when it is in the tube since that would break it apart, so chewing is best left to the designated area.
