Quiet and Powerful Ventilation, But Missing a Timer
This fan is quiet, even when running at the highest speed, making it a good choice for bathrooms, kitchens, or other areas where you want effective ventilation without excessive noise. The speed settings are a great feature, allowing me to choose the appropriate level of airflow depending on the situation. Whether it’s for quick moisture removal after a hot shower or maintaining general air circulation, the fan does a great job.The airflow is efficient, quickly clearing out steam, humidity. The two-way ventilation feature adds extra flexibility, making it useful for different setups. The remote control is another standout feature—it makes operation incredibly convenient, as I don’t have to manually switch the fan on or off from the wall. This is especially helpful in bathrooms where switches might be positioned out of easy reach. However, one notable downside is the lack of a timer function. Many modern extractor fans come with an automatic shut-off timer, which allows them to run for a set duration after use—this is particularly useful for ensuring the room is properly ventilated without having to remember to turn it off. The absence of this feature means I have to manually switch the fan off each time, which can be inconvenient.Despite this drawback, the fan still delivers on its core functionality—strong airflow, quiet operation, and easy remote control access. If you’re looking for a powerful and silent extractor fan and don’t mind the lack of a timer, this is a solid choice. However, if an automatic timer is important to you, you may want to consider other models.

A variable speed, reversible, fan with a remote but also has design/quality control issues
This extractor fan is controlled using a wireless remote (2 x AAA batteries included), which is how you turn it on/off and control the speed. The direction of the fan can also be reversed, so it can be used for air intake, as well as extraction. The instruction manual states that it can be fitted in glass, and the screw-on collar would facilitate this, but it would leave the rear of the fan somewhat exposed. However, the major flaw with the fan that I received, is the disc that covers the fan blades… The disc can be unscrewed to allow cleaning, but when screwed back (possibly due to a faulty moulding), it prevented the fan from rotating! This is not a bad product, but it needs the remote to function, and should really have an alternative method of controlling it. What with that and the quality control issues mentioned above, I’m afraid that I can’t recommend it.

Better than the average fan🪭
This is not a regular bathroom fan, it needs a continuous mains supply. The installation and usage instructions don't match the actual fan, however it is a lovely bit of engineering. The intelligent design of the fan is a reversible fan with three speeds, operated by a remote control. At the slowest speed, it is quieter than most bathroom fans, but still moves a fair amount of air. The remote means that it can be controlled in inaccessible places like ceilings. If it is just supplied with mains power, that is all that is needed. Most of the fan is made well, except the external part of the rear of the fan. This has flashings from the moulding partially blocking its vents. If these aren't tidied up, the fan will not be as effective and is more likely to fail from overheating. It only took a couple of minutes with a craft knife to do this. For bolting the fan in place, the front central hub can be unscrewed. Take care when you do so as it's a plastic screw into a plastic fitting so won't survive regular removal.

Cheap tat, avoid
Poor quality, remote control needs to be 2 inches away from the fan for it to receive signal, cheap rubbish.

Effective and convenient
This bathroom extractor fan offers a powerful airflow with three adjustable speeds, making it perfect for quick ventilation. The 100mm size ensures it fits most spaces, and its silent operation is a great feature, especially in areas where noise can be an issue. The remote control adds a layer of convenience, allowing you to adjust the fan from a distance.I love it with the remote control, and it serves as a great replacement. The quality is solid, and the fan performs excellently for areas like the kitchen or garage, making it an all-around practical solution for home ventilation.

Not yet fitted but looks good - electrician approved
In the end, Les, our trusty electrician didn't have time to fit this after fitting our new consumer unit and bathroom "Wiz" smart lights (from Amazon and quite excellent, by the way), but he assured us it is a well and safely made bathroom fan and one he's keen to try himself for fitting in more houses. He tested it out and it seemed very quiet and powerful, and he told us the double suck/blow feature would prove very useful when the warmer weather arrives.

Nearly good, but.....
It's one of those "nearly there" products that lack a tiny bit of functionality to make it perfect. The problem is that it ought to come on with the bathroom light, but, you also need the remote control to turn it on. When you turn off the light, it turns off the fan but when you go back into the bathroom, you're back to needing the remote control again. It needs to "remember" the setting to make it a more sensible device. It works fine and is reasonably quiet and reasonably powerful, but by needing to be switched on twice, it doesn't get my vote I'm afraid.
