Wow - Energy is a strong formula. This one really gets me across the finish line on my daily to do lists. I also think it helps power my workouts.

I wanted to try these before suggesting them to my husband. I do not usually take or need anything for energy, but I thought my husband might benefit from them, as he wakes up before 6 AM to work out before starting his business day. It usually takes longer than a couple of weeks to see the full benefits of a supplement, if any, as I ordered more to use for a longer period of time to evaluate the efficacy and quality, and to determine if I felt any adverse effects. I found this to be effective for about three hours, and with no adverse reactions thus far. My husband is not taking the supplements, and as always, if there are any changes, I will update here.

As a full time parent, business owner, and head of our household, there is never enough time in the day to get everything on my list done. You might have seen Limitless or Lucy and wondered if there was something that would help you unlock the full potential of your brain.... this ain't it. But it does create some "clarity" and "focus". I quote those because that is just how I interpret the vibe.My job requires that I listen intently to the description of a problem and the expected parameters for a resolution while cross-referencing statistics, logs, permission levels, licensing limitations, and 50 or more other factors. Needless to say it takes a little focus to wrangle these issues and being in a room with 6 other engineers handling their own work loads, staying focused is challenging.I started taking the supplements at around 10 am for a few weeks, but skipped weekends and an occasional week day. For me, typically on an empty stomach at that point, I would notice.... something for about 45 minutes to an hour. Like I mentioned, the words focus and clarity come to mind, but also a little bit of aloofness or detachment. I have to pull myself back a bit to pivot my focus to a junior engineer with a question or to take a call from a client. A little jarring.But then it just, fades out. There is no crash, no low after the high so to speak. Lingering effects wear out completely after the 2-hour mark...for me. That is important to consider.I am middle aged with a sedentary life-style (I sit on my butt for 75% of my day). it may be different for others.I removed a star for the short duration when it claims daily energy.

this has a lot of kick but for whatever reason, taking supplementary choline gives me headaches so this one isn't for me. i'll keep it around for traveling but i didn't really like it.

Recently I started working a second gig for some additional financial cushion and the days I am doubling up work I take these and must say that while it is not overly noticeable from an energy perspective I do have better overall attention throughout the day, unlike with coffee alone I tend to hit a wall late afternoon. Again it is not a buzzing, or shaky energy...it is much more subtle but kept me alert and didn't get eyes at half mast after training on compliance documents for a couple hours.I typically alternate between coffee and CocoaVia for my morning beverage and with this noticed even if i still had the beverage, my energy did not get jittery or shaky, just stayed nice and attentive. Ideal for me!It is quite pricey at ~$60(at time of review) but have to admit, does seem effective for me, but everyone is different so would suggest trying it before buying a whole bunch to see if it meshes well with your biology.Overall, for me, I do feel it is a nice alternative and something I plan to buy for a trip when you are on the go and may not have an opportunity for you usual normal morning routine, or will have a more active/involved day than the usual, but need some long lasting subtle energy boost.

I've seen this brand advertised online so was excited to finally give them a try. As someone who doesn't drink coffee or energy drinks, I was looking for something more natural in the nootropics space to provide that extra energy boost to get through my busy day at work. They arrived around a week ago and have been taking them every day since and already noticed amazing results! Will continue to use this product if it stays as effective as it has been so far.
