Size is great but lacking a few features compared to other brands
The size is wonderful but the major difference I noticed from other brands around the same price point is that the wheels do not lock. Had I noticed this in the listing I probably would have gone with a different one

Great Bag
This was a gift for my son. He has the backpack and the 21inch and I was able to find the same color so now he has a coordinated set. Their customer service and warranty are the best.

Broke immediately
I tried to use the item for the first time and the zipper broke immediately. I contated amazon for a replacement for the faulty item and they refused to offer a solution since i missed the return window. This is a very expensive and I feel like they just stole my money.

No signature stripes..
I don't get why they wouldn't have the signature red and white stripes on the inside like all their other items do..
