Kinda expensive (for various reasons) but pretty interesting and versatile
As something that is around £12 for 6-ish servings its certainly something that seems on the pricey end though given the fact its genuinely from japan and that the 'kombu' has some genuine rarity resulting in a rather unique mix, the fact you rehydrate it also means that the low amount of grams is actually more than you'd expect though I admittedly was too lazy to weigh it after rehydrating to do the maths.Thankfully it was was as easy as putting a tablespoon in a bowl with a little water for 10 minutes then you can add it to all sorts with my choice being to improve some cheap noodles alongside some other stuff with this. I personally had no issues with the taste or even the odd texture the kombu provides even when I tried a bit directly though I can see some people not being a fan, its good for the health benefits of both of them regardless though.Can't say I'm too sure on who I would recommend it to as I am not the sort of person that would get things just because they are called superfoods but if anyone likes trying new things as I do I'd certainly say to buy it once at least if it interests you.

Tastes good, but too expensive. 🙃
This natto & kombu mix tastes good. I like the flavour.I think it is too expensive though. It is only a very small amount. 45g is not much. 🙃

Good product
Tasty, nutritious combination, easy to prepare and ready in minutes. Pricey, but something unusual for European cuisine.

A bit pricey
Unfortunately, when ordering this product I had not noticed that it is rich in vitamin K2, something that I try to avoid as I take blood thinners.I did try a little but can't say that I will feel deprived if I take no more.Having said that, the product contains valuable nutrients which I wish I could enjoy.

Definitely not for me!
I love trying new superfoods, and was really looking forward to this Natto & Kombu Mix. However, I have to say that I found it absolutely disgusting! I'm not a big fan of sushi as I usually find it too salty, so wasn't sure about the kombu in this mix - but it wasn't too salty, just too sweet. However, it was the natto that was even more of a problem for me. Its powerful, ammonia-like smell and strong flavour were bad enough, but it was its sticky, slimy texture that really turned my stomach. I made the mistake of dipping my finger into the mix to taste it, and it took several washes to get rid of the slime from my hands - it reminded me of what happens when you accidentally pick up a slug!I rather wish I had done some research before trying this product, as I now know that I'm not alone in finding natto disgusting; apparently a large proportion of Japanese people do as well, but many of them eat it anyway because of its health benefits. It's difficult to know how many stars to give this product, as many will enjoy its acquired taste - and clearly it's natural, healthy and convenient. A minor criticism (given that I won't be eating any more of the packet!), is that it's irritating that it contains 6.5 servings - they could at least have given you a complete number of servings! It's also expensive for such a small packet.

You get an easily prepared food (just add water) that not only adds an interesting flavour to existing dishes, but as well a new texture. It's one of these things I love to experiment with

Only two ingredients
I like that this contains only two ingredients, dried kelp and natto. It’s very easy to prepare as it’s just a matter of adding water, mixing it and letting it sit for a bit. It is quite an acquired taste and texture but I actually quite like it, although I can imagine it’s not for everyone. Really mixed in with some rice though.
