Will these fit an infant?

I think they will. My son't head is large, he's 2.5, and they barely fit him.

The title for these says for ages 5+, but the description references "comfort and fit from birth to 4 years." Will these work for kids up to age 12?

My 12 year old daughter wears them, she out grew the galaxy type. She is 5'2" and about 90lbs and that fit her loosly and can still go out another click. They are really well made.
