How much noise does it make? I've seen that it has a "silent mode", but realistically how quiet is it?

Its absolutely quiet - the only time it makes noise is if its not balanced properly and the ronin is constantly struggling to stabilize the camera.

How to control lens foucs when you attached it with ronin m ?

I had the same question! I'm using a GH4 and Metabones Speed booster (Canon EF mount) w/ Sigma 18-35 f/1.8 lens.... AFC (Auto Focus Continuous) and AFF (Auto Focus Flexible) modes are not supported when using the Speed booster, thus my only two options are...1. Shoot w/ manual focus (ideal for video), and stay within the focus range (monitored via focus peaking). Note: The GH4 does have a "Continuous AF" option that can be turned on within the video menu, but it results in way too much hunting - at least with the Sigma lens.2. Use a MFT lens and switch to AFC mode for predictive movement. I don't want to go this route unless I need to b/c I really enjoy the benefits of using the speed booster (i.e. greater lens selection, more light/increased f stops, and smaller crop factor - 1.28x vs 2x of MFT).Since I'm a one man show, using a wireless follow focus isn't an option unless it's the type that mounts to the handle.

Does this come with the wireless remote to access pan, tilt, and roll or do you have to purchase separately?

It come with 2.4GHz Remote Controller.

Can a matte box be used with this?

This is the info I got straight from the DJI Website about this. "Follow focus systems and matte boxes can be easily mounted on the Ronin using industry standard dual 15mm segmented rods. The segmented rods allow for customization of different lengths, dependent on camera and lens setup." - Hope this helps!
