Good to enjoy my daily cappuccino with this machine.Affordable version of the other delonghi machines. Good thing that I only wanted cappuccino and espresso.Cons: too much water ate being used for the internal cleaning. Milk jug is too small (about 2-3 cups per fill up). Water filter was used quite quick (our machine is less than 2 mos and we already got a notice for the filter replacement.Tip: avoid spending too much money with a machine that you wont maximize the options. Know first what you want with a coffee machine.Primadonna S (8k dhs) vs this machine for a cappuccino and espresso. I have saved about 6k and im loving it.

Unresolved Motherboard Issues, Money Wasted, Terrible After-Sales Support
I experienced a frustrating issue with this product as it stopped functioning after just one month of use. Seeking assistance, I reached out to the De'Longhi repair centre in Jordan, they apologized and claimed and informed me that the product need a new motherboard. However, after three months, they informed me that the product (which is under warranty) can't be repaired now because De'Longhi UK is not responding to their inquiries. Feeling helpless, I decided to contact De'Longhi UK directly, only to be told that I should solely communicate with the distributor in my own country. Overall, this entire experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.
