I am an Amazon Vine Reviewer. As such I have a duty and obligation to write honest reviews about products that sellers send to me. I make the previous statements because this Facelle Electric Food Processor has been given unfair negative reviews stating that this food processor will not engage or run.This food processor has a two-part safety system. The bowl and lid EACH have to be locked into place and a safety button pushed for the food processor to engage. This information is clearly stated in the User's Manual. The bowl is locked in with the handle on the right-hand-facing side of the food processer. There is a video posted in another review showing that the processor works when the lid and bowl are removed and a button is pushed. Look at that video and you will see that the feed chute on lid in the video is incorrectly on the left side of the food processer. The lid safety button is above the handle on the right side of the food processer. In order for the processer to engage, the feed chute must be on the right-side-facing of the food processer and the lid locked by turning the lid clockwise toward the handle thus simultaneously locking the lid and pushing the lid's safety button. When the bowl and lid are both locked into place this food processer works and works exceptionally well.Vine Reviewers are directed to use the items we order which translates to reading the User's Manuals and following the given instructions to properly test the goods sent to us by sellers. I want to apologize to this company for the Vine Reviewers who rated this food processer with only 1 star when they had obviously not read the User Manual before testing the product. This should never happen.This Facelle Food Processor is an attractive addition for any kitchen. The processor has a large bowl and has plenty of power to chop, shred or knead most any food product. The processor has included a 2.5 L. Bowl, a long and short shaft, chopping blade, kneading blade, reversible slicing/shredding disc and a french fry disc.The processor shredded cooked chicken like there was nothing in the bowl. I am very happy to own such an outstanding food processor and do recommend the purchase. Thank you!!

Love this!If you set it up properly, it works perfectly.The attachments are very easy to use and they do a great job.The device itself isn’t too large, which is very important to us.It is also very pretty! I love that the cord is stored on the bottom.Everything is super easy to wash up!My only suggestion would be to set up the cord area so there is some way to wind it more mechanically, rather than wrapping it manually. It may be due to my disabilities, but it was pretty awkward. (Note from partner: No. It is a little awkward. the retainers that hold the cord in are a little too long and also a little too small at the same time. If the reel rotated it would be easier to wrap the cord.)The suction cup feet are a very thoughtful touch, by the way. The person who designed that in is a genius.I used it to process a variety of vegetables in a variety of ways. As expected, thin peppers did not go great, but were okay. Everything else was done perfectly!

Very nice unit. It is of higher quality then the current one we got at Kohl's. It has suction cups on the bottom so it doesn't move around on the counter. Several blade options for chopping, cutting, shredding and making french fries! Also has a small container and blade so you can mix a marinade for a single steak or something that you only need a small amount for. Cleans up easy.

This is my second Facelle small appliance and I really love it.This food processor has a small footprint which is perfect for my small home.I have a larger food processor but it has to be stored away when not in use because it takes up too much counter space.This Facelle food processor is a perfect size and it does everything my larger one does.I absolutely love the size and that this can be my everyday processor.I tend to just hand slice, chop and shred rather than pull out my huge food processor. This compact processor is on my counter, ready to lend a helping hand every day.And it's super easy to clean. I don't have a dishwasher but even washing the parts I use by hand is quick and easy.I also love the small grinder for coffee beans, spices and nuts. It's a great addition.This food processor has replaced several of my small appliances. I no longer need a coffee grinder, cheese grater or mandolin. It does the work of all of them.This is a small yet powerful food processor. It comes nicely package so it would also make a great gift.The quality is very solid and the blades are extremely sharp.I would definitely recommend this processor.
