A beast of a knife . I can say that this knife is one the best knife i have used for a long long time. And the longivity of sharpness after using on hard and rough cutting and edging is best in the catagory i havent sharped the knife almost 3 years now and its still going yes it became slightly dull but the way the knife is designed it can still pack a punch for cutting vegetables and etc.Cutting accuracy is pin pointPerformance is way above expectation.Efficiency is 10/10

Awesome item, stays sharp for years

I purchased another one, I have been using one of these since three years and never had to sharpen it, never got bent. Works flawlessly, the pricing is on the higher side, but you are paying for the swiss quality. You won't have to buy another knife (if you don't lose it).

our entire family made fun of my sister for ordering this expensive knife. but damn. THIS CUTS! like it can cut anything I feel. you ask for accuracy while cutting? well, depends mostly on the person but if your hands are accurate, you can pick out small spots in potatoes very easily, like I did a few days back.
