I have made italian bread and banana bread and both came out perfect. There is a thing that comes with it that allows you to easily lift the bread out of the pan without turning it over. It is the easiest pan to clean (any of the Copper cookware is super easy to clean!!!!) I just got it so not sure about durability but by the looks of the pan, it looks pretty sturdy.

As long as you don't use metal on this any other use it in your top rack of your dishwasher hand wash it it should last a really long time the meat loaf slides right out and you don't have to add a lot of extra grease or fat to get it out also a great way to store your leftover meatloaf

THIS IS AN AMAZING PAN.. my wife loves this little pan, we use to use a metal pan , but the copper pan is by far the best pan for cooking . You cannot go wrong with these pans/ Now I have to get my wife the rest of the copper set..

I recieved this as a Christmas gift and was so excited to try it. My family loves meatloaf and this pan is the best!!! After baking you just lift the meat out of the pan so easily and then you can also use it to store leftovers in the fridge!! Love it!!

Baked bread for holidays in this, so easy! You just pulled it right out. No real sticking on sides. Slight stick in little holes in the insert but so small and so easy to release you won't notice. So easy to clean. I plan on buying another one.

Love these loaf pans. I have two of them now. I use them for meat loaf and the insert makes it easy to remove the meat loaf from the pan. Also use it to bake frozen bread dough.
