Bottle of gold...
I don't write reviews. I should though because I purchase things based off them.I haven't found anything that is not a prescription medication that helps me sleep, until this bottle of gold. I have struggled with sleep for the last few years. Falling asleep and staying asleep. This bottle of gold let's me do both. THANK YOU FOR THIS!

works welll but
Horbaach L Tryptophan does seem to work. But I have to say 1 or 2 capsules (500mg-1000mg) is less effective. I am a 200 lb male 62 year old. I have found that three capsules ( 1500 mg) on an empty stomach, take at least 1 hr before you plan to sleep does seem to be effective. I find L tryptophan to be more effective than Melatonin for me. Still seeing if I will have any side effects at 1500mg dose, such as an increase in blood sugar of blood pressure, not that I see so far.

Deceptive labelling - 500mg capsules, not 1500mg - or 80 servings of 1500mg, not 240
This product has deceptive labeling that is all too common on Amazon. Honestly, all such products should be removed until the deceptive labeling issue is fixed.On the front label of the product it states "1500mg" and "240 capsules".Of course in much smaller type it adds "1500mg PER SERVING" and on the back in very small type it explains that there are 3 capsules per serving of 1500mg.On the front in large type, it should say either "1500mg per serving and 80 servings" OR "500mg per capsule and 240 capsules".Any supplements or pills that deliberately mix the two (servings and capsules) in order to give a deceptive impression of the amount of product included in the order should be removed from sale.I will not be purchasing any further products from Horbaach until this issue is resolved with all their products. We trust them with the formulation of the product, which is something we consume and that is not easily checked by consumers. The fact that they are duplicitous right up front with the product labeling does not give a consumer much faith that we can trust the remainder of their business, either.
