I wake every hour or so and have trouble getting back to sleep after 2am. This product seems to lessen the times I wake and pushes out the 2am issue to 4am. I'll take it....Half a tablet seems to work well. Full tablet leaves me very groggy the next day.

I found this while up one morning knowing I had to work in a couple of hours…arrived the next afternoon. I’ve always had trouble sleeping but WHOA!! I took this then took a hot shower and hopped into bed to start reading, before I finished a paragraph I felt it coming lol.. BEST SLEEP OF MY LIFE!! I’m so pleased! Thank you! If you are having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep, this might help. It has worked very well for me. I am so happy to find a non-prescription product that actually works and doesn't break the bank. I would recommend giving this product a try. My only reason for the 4 star is that I am drowsy the next day, but it's nothing caffeine wont help. I am retired, so it's not a deal breaker for me. If I don't get sleep, I'm drowsy the next day anyway🥱
