Q: Can a left handed child use this?

The pen is attached by a string about 18 inches long, on the right side. So when I held the pen in my left hand just now I can drape the string enough so that it doesn’t touch the drawing area but the string does get in the way if you’re not careful. Alternatively you could turn it around so that eraser part is on the top and then a left-handed child could draw very easily.

Q: Why do they post false product images? The pen does not write as crisp and fine as the 1st image

Because they only care about getting your money. This product also doesn't have any child safety certifications anywhere on it . . At least not when I bought them last year. If that's still the case then I would seriously just return them. With the amount of toys coming over from China with toxic levels of lead and other heavy metals I definitely wouldn't trust anything that didn't even try to get certification. I returned mine immediately.

The picture is deceiving. The dimensions are correct!

Q: Does this contain PVC plastic?

I am unsure if the plastic frame is PVC. The frame is hard plastic and has held up well but I doubt know what material it is made from.
