what gloves do you use for heavy duty dutch oven on gril?l

I don't use a dutch over on the grill. But I also do not the pictured gloves at all. They are so stiff that I cannot even pick anything up with them.

Would these work for stretching Mozzerella Cheese in 185 degrees? It might handle the heat, but is it flexible enough to grip things that's gooey?
