Great while it lasted
Great condition out of the box and seemed to work just fine but after about 4 months it died. But that's the risk with buying a refurb like this.

The good - the condition is acceptable. The computer boots up.The bad - Wi-Fi is actually a USB dongle that was included, not a built-in Wi-Fi Card. No power cord.Overpriced for the age of the system, but I need a unit with one-day shipping to restore a backup of a server. Amazon delivered on time.

Turned it on, start right up without any problems.
Perfect for my grandson's first computer. Went to HP's site and updated the drivers and Bios. The computer runs great and fast. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. Very happy with this purchase.

Advertised as is comes with a Nvidia 1030 came with a Radeon RX 460 no wifi included no Bluetooth included

Certain features are not as advertised
Windows 10 is not activated, so I have a constant message to activate it on my screen and I can't get rid of it.The Displayport ports on the back don't work. They don't appear anywhere on the device manager.The description says there's a WIFI bluetooth adapter, but I don't have options to connect to these, and they don't appear under the device manager.
