No it is not. You do have to rinse it. It's a powder.

No, I would not use it as a hand sanitizer. It is too caustic / hazardous for your skin and actually states on the container that it is “Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin.” Also states “ Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, or using tobacco. “

Is this a product that can be used in a 3-compartment sink in the 3rd sink for sanitizing?

I purchased this for my soft serve machine, but according to the instructions you can use it for dishes too. I personally use the tablets for my 3rd sanitizing sink.

Is this good for granita slush machines?
