After i bought this product, i had installation issues where Balwan customer support helped. But after 15 days the machine stopped to work. I faced lot of issues (petrol not passing through pipes, Carburetor replacement, Machine not starting at all etc). The overall performance is very very bad. It is difficult to get support for this in every state. So before buying this, check if you have mechanic/support available in your area. Otherwise just avoid it and go for a branded product. This is NOT worth the money.

I got the delivery and could assemble the product with the help of a simple online video.... Does the job fairly well. The plastic rotor assembly at the end appeared low in strength.... Otherwise ...all fine.

The media could not be loaded. It is easy to assemble, operate instantaneously as it comes with the necessary attachments including oil . Only petrol to be purchased to start operating and can be serviced anywhere even in two wheeler workshop nearer to you as per my assessment. Good product and value for money

The media could not be loaded. Very bad product,one month before the machine got defective, the initial problem was not starting due to the ignition coil defective. Also oil burns extremely. Talk to the technician by video call and he ask me to check the oil. Oil level was correct. After many calls they ask me to send the machine to their work shop in Rajasthan. I sent the machine machine to their warehouse from Kerala paying money from my pocket. Few days later they send me an invoice and confirmed that machine is repaired. I received the machine and it was working for few days again the machine became very bad situation and it’s not working. Contacted the supplier and waiting for response.

It’s a fantastic product with great pricing. I like the versatility of it, we can use it for different size of weeding, cutting through branches, wood and even tilling. Very happy with buy. Definitely recommended it.
