Does this have to be used with the shampoo? Can it just be used alone

No it does not have to be used with the shampoo but it is recommended. I personally used their shampoo and conditioner on my daughter during her 1st year of age. Then as she grew older I used the conditioner with another shampoo.

Im really impressed!

I noticed my son had really bad either dry scalp or its cradle cap. After doing some research I'm pretty sure its cradle cap. So i went online and ordered and received the Bella B cradle cap scalp treatment and conditioner. I was so excited to try it on my 2 yr. Old. So I used it 2 days in a row. The day before yesterday and yesterday and I want to do it tonight as well. From what I've seen so far it's looking really good. I've seen significant improvements. I'm very happy with the results. Plus it smells really nice. So that's a bonus. I would definitely recommend Bella B.
