Well Made
I was suprised at how well made it is. The lashing are tight and even. I love the locking mechanism. In the beginning I would take it off nightly but now I leave it on all the time. I work outside and I get dirty but it comes out clean like new as it goes in the shower with me. Dries up fast and most of all and the reason I am so pleased with it is because it helps protect my Smart Watch. I looks vary well together with my watch. I have had many people ask about it. I quit taking it off cause it is hard to put on. The holes on the lock must be lined up just right so the pin can be inserted and screw on. Not an easy task but I would not want them to change a thing because it's so well made. So I decided to just leave it all all the time. I made sure that the locking pin is tighten up real tight. They give you two Pin's but I don't see mine ever unscrewing and coming off. I like it so much that I will buy another color and will get them as gifts for friends. The price on Amazon is fair with Prime and the quality is exellent and you just never know if or when you might need a good strong piece of parachute cord.

Very nice and heavy..but sized a little too large.
I just received this Paracord bracelet and my initial impression is that it's very well made and has a nice heavy clasp. I purchased one from another vendor a couple of weeks ago from another vendor for about the same price and I like it as well, however it has a cheaper plastic clasp. I didn't find the clasp on this bracelet to be particularly difficult to attach either.my one complaint, however has to do with sizing. I have small wrists (7") and although this bracelet is supposed to fit wrists between 7 & 8 inches, I've found it to be quite large, even after adjusting it to the smallest size. right now, I'm soaking it in water in hopes that it shrinks slightly. If not for this, I would've given it five stars.Edit: I contacted the company regarding the sizing issue and within a couple of hours I received a response from Kendall offering to send me any bracelet of my choice as a replacement. This is unparalleled customer service and together with the quality of their product, makes The Friendly Swede, the company to buy your survival bracelet from. I have changed my rating to five stars.

the shipping was excellent, as I got it sooner than expected
Just got my bracelet. Firstly let me say , the shipping was excellent, as I got it sooner than expected, which was a definite plus in my opinion. Now, let's talk about the bracelet.....I'm very impressed with the size and thickness , as it seems very robust. It was a bit stiff coming out of the packaging, but I'm guessing that's due to the high quality and amount of paracord used in making this bracelet. Now, putting it on, proved to be bit of a challenge with one hand!.....The shackle has a bolt that you have to screw into place. The material is made of steel, which gives the bracelet a more superior build, as opposed to a plastic clip. After a few minutes of failed attempts to do it on my own, my wife eventually helped me get it into place. But that aside, once I had it, I knew I made a good choice with this purchase. It sits well on my wrist, and the protruding head of the bolt doesn't affect me in any way negatively.I will keep this on for the next couple days and test out the durability and see if it will become easier to put it on without any assistance. So, if you're looking for a well put together bracelet and don't mind the initial hurdle of getting used to the shackle....... I recommend!!Forgot to mention, that it was a good idea that the company sends an additional bolt, as the one attached to the bracelet can be easily lost if not careful.

Outstanding para-cord bracelet
I initially purchased a para-cord bracelet from Home Depot; the cord itself was very flimsy, with a loose weave, and the clasp was made of cheap plastic. The cord began to lose its shape after wearing it only a few times. The Friendly Swede para-cord bracelet, on the other hand, is far superior to Home Depot's offering, in terms of overall workmanship, the rugged quality of the the cord, and the use of a sturdy stainless steel clasp, The two clasp halves fit together perfectly and are held together with a thick threaded pin. Another nice touch is the inclusion of an extra threaded pin. After only a couple of uses, it has conformed to the shape of my wrist without the cord losing its tight weave. Additionally, I wear this bracelet daily and have received numerous compliments on it. This bracelet exemplifies how products can be made when a high level of craftsmanship and design are employed, and when care is taken in the selection of quality materials. To paraphrase Butt-Head, “I don't like stuff that sucks.”Great job!

Major design flaw
This is a very sturdy and well-crafted bracelet. The cord is high quality, woven neatly, and the shackle is lock-tight. There are three length adjustments from small to large so this bracelet can fit any size wrist. You certainly get what you pay for. However, despite having three length sizes, the smallest size was way too big for me and I found that it rattled around my wrist and drove me crazy. The shackle is also very heavy and would bother me if it wasn't situated to where it was on top of my wrist so I was constantly turning it over.Despite the fact that this bracelet was designed to be used in an emergency situation, my biggest complaint is that it is fairly difficult to unravel. One day, I needed the shackle for something and I gave up after struggling for 5 minutes to remove it. If I were in a situation where I would need, say, a tourniquet, I would use my shirt instead.
