Too heavy for my injured shoulder
Really good quality, but too heavy for my injured shoulder (bursitis and rotator-cuff tear). Unfortunately I won't be able to use it until my shoulder is better, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Doesnt stay warm long
Use this for my neck and it doesnt stay hot long at all. Maybe 20 min

Great product
I am very happy with this product. I have bad neck and shoulder pain and this product really helps. The instructions say two minutes but I heat it for two and a half (I have never used it for cold).It covers the areas I need and stays on well. It seems to be well manufactured… I’ve been using it for close to a year now and haven’t seen it break down in any way. The materials used are superior to other heating packs like this I have owned. I enjoy the aromatherapy aspect, it’s relaxing and helps make a difference with relieving muscle aches and tension.

Heating Pad for shoulder and neck
This was an awesome purchase. My husband had and accident and damaged his clavicle and some of his neck he uses this all the time. The only downside is that it doesn’t stay warm enough, like a regular heating pad.
