Is this compatible with the original vileda 121 mop ie not the ultra max version?

I’m not sure what the original one was like , I have the 1-2 spray and the refills fit that one

Can the mop heads be washed ?

Yes I wash mine at a 40 they come up great

What's the difference between this type and the ultra max mop heads?

These are enriched with additional fibers also suitable for mop with sprinkler.
