Excellent, heats our lounge 11m x 5m in minutes, we intend buying another for the upstairs . Economical lots of heat for the electricity used.

I ordered two of the grey ones for my new outbuilding and overall pleased with how they look. The 1KW version is quite Compact in size and fits neatly across both walls. Controls are easy to access. Heat output is difficult to determine at this stage as its still quite mild and the builder had doubled up the insulation in the building but they do heat up quite quickly.

Easy to set up and use. Gives out decent level of heat.

The heater is ok I think? I am still trying to get my head round the timer and what some of the controls mean. It pumps heat out when on I just don’t know how to operate the timer or overnight?The problem is it came without instructions, or to be precise with instructions for a different heater. I requested the instructions (a multi page document) from the seller. Having asked twice and waited 5 days for a response, on a website that states they will get back with a meaningful reply in 24 hours!The reply was a very short ‘turn it on select the temp with the up and down arrows and it stays at that temp till you turn it off’. There are other controls and a timer that other reviewers describe as complex, to say nothing of fitting restrictions and safety.Dreadful customer service, fancy me having the audacity to request the instruction booklet that should have come with a new item!

It's very easy to set up. Looks very modern. Works well in our conservatory, we can now use the room throughout the winter too.We use it on the stands on the floor, but it can be put on the wall. Warms up really quickly. The only downside is there was a huge dent in the back when it came. But to be honest it doesn't notice as it is at the back. Maybe that's why they were reduced in price. Thats why i didnt send back. It hasn't stopped it working though & works well.
