I was on the fence if these worked. I am a belive ;)
I was really on the fence about this on one hand intellectually I know if the dust goes in here that's less duster in the house but I've read lots of reviews about these type of devices and it's always been mixed I even saw one person that was complaining that there is dust on top of their device well yeah it's not 110% it's what it's supposed to do and it does what supposed to do and it does it very wellI have a dog who believes that she belongs next to me at all times including all night and if I'm not in my room she is because she believes it's her room which means there's dog hair dander in my room at all times I have placed this on the floor near her bed and for the last 4 months have been running it 24/7 prior to this within a month my lamp shades and walls would start to have dust on them there'd be hair all over the place it was just hard to keep up with I have not had to dust off my lampshades once since starting this upI take the pre-filter out about once every 3 to 4 days and rinse it off in the shower real quick and then put it back on I have noticed this winter between using this and I mild humidifier that this winter I was actually breathing a lot better than I generally have in the past well a lot of these devices tend to get mixed reviews I highly highly recommend this to cut down on the Dust and refresh the air in a bedroom where the doors generally closed to keep the children out when the parents are sleeping children being teenagers who don't sleep ever anymore unless it's morningoh and as for the room that I have this in it is a 10x10 but I have also had this in a large living room / dining room / kitchen and it worked just as well that room was probably 30 by 20 probably bigger actually. You can turn the light off at night in fact I never leave the display on I do everything through the app and I don't even hear it at night even in a perfectly quiet room and I always keep it on the highest setting to maximize efficiency and make sure I collect any dust and it is running great and it keeps the dog smell out

Was on sale and couldn't pass it up
I've had air purifiers in bedrooms for years. Not so much for air quality, since I have no breathing issues, but for dust control. 15 years ago I had a fully manual older air purifier in my son's room that he used for white noise when he slept, and I noticed that his room didn't get as dusty. So I started putting smart ones in other areas. The last couple weeks I replaced an Aeris unit that was only a couple years old and cost 10 times what I just paid for this one, because after they were bought out by Roomba, the app no longer worked so it was no longer a smart device. I grabbed one of the large Levoit models for that. Then it was time to replace two Winix purifiers, one that I had for a few years, and one I had stored new in box for a few years and just unboxed last week. Both also had issues recently with the app, and couldn't be scheduled anymore either. So now after a few weeks of shuffling, I have five Levoit purifiers in my house. Four different models.Other than the capacity, they're all the same for all intents and purposes. Auto lets them sense the air quality and adjust speed accordingly, or you can set manual. One of the larger ones from them I have is the Core 400. And about 20 feet away, in the great room, I have an Air+Health unit. When both are on high, even though I sit less than 5 feet from the Levoit one, I can't even HEAR it at all since the other one makes so much noise over 20 feet away. These things run beautifully. I'm used to the ones in the dining room and great room changing speeds when they sense things from my cooking. But I've never had any of the ones in the bedrooms sense anything. Today, after putting this 100S-P and a larger 200S-P in two of my three bedrooms to replace the Winix units, BOTH of them on the other side of the house noted the air change and ramped up their speeds and sent me a message via the smart app on my phone. I was VERY impressed. Never before did anything else in that side of the house ever sense things from the kitchen. They are dead silent unless you crank up the speed - but even on high, they're less noisy than the others are at 2 or 3 out of 4.Outstanding price, smart app allows full control including schedules (I love cranking them all on high during the work day when I'm at the office, and having them turn back to auto just before I get home). Can't go wrong with these units.

I wish we bought it sooner.
We live on a gravel road out in the country, there is dust all the time. I can dust the furniture and within an hour or two it looks like nothing was done. The whole house including the animals were always sneezing, husband had watering eyes, kid had runny nose constantly. The life changes this has brought us is beyond words, I wish we would have bought it sooner. It is so quiet we don't even notice it there. I love that it has an app but the light indicator on the actual device lets us know what our air quality is. We have noticed a significant decline in dust in the house, the sneezing and runny noses have all but stopped, and everyone is able to breath easier. I wouldn't say that it covers the area it says it can if the air quality is poor throughout, but it sure makes a difference. We have it in the living room and the dining room and hallway are covered. We are going to purchase a second one to cover the master bedroom and bathroom here shortly. We have never had an air purifier before so I don't have anything to compare it to except not having one, and it is definitely worth the money.
