I ordered this product for my father for his uncontrolled sugar & unhealthy eating patterns. I’m glad to say this product helped him to control his HbA1C. It was 10.1 earlier. Got it down to 7.3. Which is not bad but I’m happy with this product. He somehow feels full and hence does not eat randomly anytime.

The base of this product is Wheat Dextrin. While it's supposed to be a soluble fiber, it is no match for ordinary & dirt cheap psyllium husk - aka, Isabgol which remains the king of all soluble fibers in the market.Better not to waste your money on purchasing any of these or similar products and stick to good old psyllium husk which has been in use for over 50 years (I can remember my Grandfather using it too... 🤷🏻‍♂️)
