My experience
I received this computer about 2 weeks ago and so far it is an outstanding piece of equipment. Works flawlessly so far. I would recommend buying the insurance for peace of mind(you never know with life lol) but excellent computer! The only thing I’d say is be prepared to update windows from windows 10 to windows 11. And that can be done from website.

Old Computer Parts
After booting up the computer, I noticed the Processor is in fact a I7 but what they don't tell you is it's a 4th gen meaning it's about 10 years old. This may not be an issue for some games but alot of the newer games. The last of use can use up to 16 cores/threads but the CPU that was shipped only has 8 cores/threads. If they gave the information on the Processor on the selling page, this would deter that issue as you wouldn't buy it expecting a CPU that's within 2-3 years. I feel they don't give information as people that buy it probably don't know what their buying after receiving it keep it thinking it's a up to date gaming computer.Everything that it was sold with (headphones, speaker, mouse, keyboard, are very cheaply made.Everything inside the desktop visually looked good.Pros:Good for normal day to day useCan play low end games like League of Legends or minesweeper, probably even Minecraft.Cons:1. Not Upgradable (without replacing all the main components: CPU/ Motherboard / Ram)2. I did not see TPM 2.0 as the BIOS was 10 years old, so I HIGHLY doubt it's Windows 11 capableNote: Windows 10 End of Life is October 14, 2025 so at that point this machine would no longer get updates from Microsoft and companies will stop supporting it some time after that.3. It's 10-year-old equipment.4. Tried playing World of Warcraft but feels clunky.5. They are not giving all the information on the selling page, company deceiving customers.

Satisfied
My 17 yo daughter wanted a gaming set up and as a single parent I was on a budget. After spending countless hours researching the type of specs that were necessary to play the kind of games she does, I continued my search throughout the internet for an affordable option. Although hesitant to purchase from Amazon in case we ran into any issues or it needed to be returned, I took a risk after reading reviews on Amazon, YouTube and other sources.Arrival:It arrived in a huge box, upon opening there was the setup encased in another box and some filler paper. I opened up the setup and it was packaged to my satisfaction. Everything came in their own little boxes and the tower even had foam inside to prevent any small pieces from breaking during transport. It came with all the extras as guaranteed.Set up:I’m tech friendly enough to configure setup, but it was pretty simple to me that I believe a non experienced person can do it as instructions were printed on the tower where/where not to plug the components. Everything was included (minus the monitor) and I was able to connect the monitor, mouse and speaker for use.Use of setup:The tower is very nice when the lights are turned on and you can even control the colors with an included remote. Some things to consider is the tower includes USB components for Bluetooth and WiFi, I knew this upon purchasing. I personally didn’t have trouble with either and the computer connected to our WiFi just fine. I wasn’t too worried in case by chance it didn’t because I had an Ethernet cable on hand but thankfully it wasn’t necessary. This computer is not meant to be upgraded to Windows 11, I also knew this before purchasing. I figured for the price I couldn’t complain and can do any part upgrades needed in a year or two. No problems running Windows so far.Overall:My daughter is happy so in turn I am happy. We’ve only had the setup for two weeks and so far no problems, I hope this is continuous.I apologize for this long review, but I wanted to leave a detailed description of our experience.

Great PC for the price
This computer is a good option for a more budgeted PC. It runs smoothly and powers up quite quickly. The noise level is great it's not loud at all. The size is good for a deskt beop PC not to big or to small. My only problem so far is the network you might want to get an adapter if you get this PC if you don't want to have network problems.

Good buy
Great value for the money. Easy setup, you will need to buy a different wifi for it. The one that comes with it is ass. But, its a $20 usb wifi i replaced it with so no complaints.

It is a good computer... to a point
Edit: The hard drive bricked today. It is no longer seen by BIOS. I will happily edit this review again should the resolution be favorable. For under $900 this is a great computer. It has a decent GPU, excellent amounts of RAM, plenty of storage. I am having an odd issue loading websites, regardless of browser. It isn't my internet connection because I still have my old computer and they load much faster on that little mini-PC. So that is odd. I'm not sure what to make on that. The computer CANNOT be upgraded to Windows 11, so when Microsoft officially dumps Windows 10, throw it out. Take some time to save your money to get a higher end PC.The mouse pad, is nice. I'm not using the keyboard, mouse, or sound bar at this time, so I have no comment on those. The headphones are uncomfortable as can be! It came with several dongles. I believe one is for the wifi issues this model was having, but I have no clue what the other one was for as it came with no explanation and was separate from any of the other accessory packaging.I do suggest caution as the way the computer was shipped was a bit scary. The box the PC was in, and all the accessories, was put into a bigger box with no filler. This allowed the interior box to bounce around, and I'm surprised it arrived intact and fully functioning. Don't be cheep on packing materials! All in all it is a nice computer and plays games great! So odd about the website thing though.
